Van Patter Acres

We are located only 3.5 miles from hundreds of acres of Itasca County land with existing trails. Very easy to get to on horseback. Only 1/2 mile is along a tared road and there is a nice wide ditch to travel.

WOW!

What is this? Well, this is the land you have access to with riding trails. The entrance to this is just off county road 242 (look for the star). Each square is 40 Acres. That's right! What you are looking at is approximatly 17,000 acres of land - and I'm not finished. As you move down past the grey (county land) and into the teal (blandin paper company land) you will see there are several roads (in red). These roads are logging roads. I am still working on mapping the trails through the county land that leads to the Blandin land. Just because they are not mapped doesn't mean they are not there!
